Finding the perfect place to start your career isn’t easy. How are you sure you’ll have a steep learning curve from the start? How do you know what company culture fits you best? And where do you start? Well, you've come to the right place! The RocketX Traineeship is here for the special ones, who are eager to learn all the ins and outs of the scale up world.


You are in the driver's seat. Meaning that over the course of two years, you can choose how you want to design your traineeship. Either learn about one department, take a general path around several departments, or deep dive into one domain. Will you be one of the five special ones to join?

In two years, you'll learn everything about the scale up world. Pick your own flavours, develop the traineeship, and get personal coaching throughout the process.

Everything is possible with the RocketX Traineeship. We currently have offices in Amsterdam & Athens, and we’re opening more offices throughout the rest of Europe.

What we are looking for

We’re not expecting years of experience and domain knowledge. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you entrepreneurial? And are you eager to learn? Then you can be one of the five special ones.

OUR FLAVOURS

We’ll provide the ingredients, you make your special sauce. During the application process, we’ll build a tailor made traineeship suited to your needs! Let's say you want to learn everything about Marketing. We'll make a traineeship for you where you'll learn all the ins and outs of Growth Marketing, Content Marketing and Design.



More of a preference to be a generalist? No problem. We'll take you through the different RocketX domains and teach you everything about the scale up world.
